Job summary

Merlin International Inc. in McLean, VA is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design, coordinate, and measure regional field marketing programs and events that strengthen pipeline and customer engagement.

You will partner with Sales, Digital Marketing, and ISV partners to align campaigns with revenue goals, manage budgets, and vendor relationships, while tracking KPIs to optimize regional performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, including 2+ years in B2G field marketing and events marketing.
• Experience with trade shows, tech days, conferences, workshops, live and virtual events, digital programs, demand-generation programs, and integrated campaign marketing development and execution.
• Strong project and program management skills with ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams in a pipeline-focused environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms; Salesforce a plus; knowledge of Marketo/HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into integrated field marketing plans, calendars, and program briefs.
• Own end-to-end operational process for field events, executive programs, and partner activities.
• Use project management tools to coordinate deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and approvals for events and programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partners to align programs with pipeline goals.
• Develop program requirements, ownership models, and cadence for stakeholder alignment.
• Track performance metrics and post-event processes for campaign attribution.
• Provide data-driven reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.
