LGI Homes in the Modesto area is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to drive traffic and enhance customer experiences across multiple communities. You will plan and execute events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements while ensuring consistency with brand standards and coordinating with the marketing team.

The role covers on‑the‑ground activities, data reporting, inventory management, and support for content creation, with evening/weekend event availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for presentation; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Manage full event process: planning, onsite execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Act as on‑the‑ground extension of the marketing team; ensure brand standards.
• Handle data entry, reporting, traffic trends, and online listings review.
• Manage marketing inventory, vendors, photography/video needs, and launches.
• Share weekly insights with leadership; keep information centers visitor‑ready.
