Job summary

LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities in the Modesto area. You will plan and execute events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

This field-based role requires coordinating the full event process, ensuring brand-consistent signage, collateral, and digital listings, and providing weekly insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity with presentation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Social media and content creation proficiency.
• Digital tools for social media management and content editing.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate full event process from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Enter data, track traffic trends, and review online listings.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendors; support photography and video needs.
• Share weekly insights with leadership and assist with launches and closeouts.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
