Job summary

LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to support Monte Vista, Diamond Bar East, Mattos Ranch and Camden Shire communities from Modesto. This on-site role drives traffic through events, community showcases, grand openings and Realtor engagements while aligning with brand standards.

You will manage end-to-end event processes, create content, track performance, and report weekly insights to leadership, while coordinating with vendors and marketing inventory and ensuring visitor-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Coordinate signage, collateral, digital listings, and uniform brand presentation across communities.
• Manage end-to-end event process: planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
