Job summary

Nevis is seeking an Events & Field Marketing Lead based in New York City to build and scale a community-driven events engine for the wealth management audience. You will work directly with our CEO to launch ICP-focused communities, host nationwide events, and own end-to-end event operations from onboarding to ROI reporting.

You should bring 4+ years in high-growth startups or related fields, exceptional relationship skills, and a strong executive presence to represent Nevis with C-suite

Qualifications

4+ years in high-growth startups, consulting, or investment banking/VC.
Excellent communication and executive presence for C-suite interactions.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills with proven B2B sales ability.

Responsibilities

Build and launch multiple communities focused on ICP with CEO guidance.
Be the face of Nevis at events nationwide and travel to host and connect.
Own day-to-day operations for events and onboarding of new members.
Own reporting on metrics: net new members, opportunities, and event ROI.
