Nevis Wealth is seeking an Events & Field Marketing Lead to scale brand awareness through a community-driven events engine. You will build the community and marketing engine that expands our brand among the largest wealth management firms in the US, traveling nationwide to host and connect with clients.

The role focuses on creating a from-scratch events motion, standing up our early in-house marketing capability, and turning GTM ideas into measurable pipeline while representing the Nevis brand

Qualifications

• 4+ years in high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking/PE/VC.
• Expert relationship manager and networker with the ability to close 6-7 figure deals in B2B conversations.
• Excellent communication and executive presence representing the brand to C-suite audiences.
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate; able to travel frequently to events and client sites across the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our CEO to build and launch multiple communities focused on our ICP.
• Be the face of Nevis at events nationwide, traveling regularly to host, connect, and build relationships in person.
• Own all day-to-day operations for our events.
• Be responsible for all new member onboarding.
• Own reporting on metrics: net new members, net new opportunities generated for Nevis, and event ROI.
