Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a dedicated recruit­ment coordinator to support field marketing event initiatives. You will research and document attendee data, execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns, and partner with sales to maximize event participation and follow-up effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting field marketing or demand generation teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to research, document findings and manage multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Field Marketing and Demand Generation team(s), with a high attention to detail
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• Executes recruitment strategies for field marketing events in alignment with organizational objectives and priorities
• Partners with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences and attendee mix for events
• Builds and manages multi-channel recruitment campaigns to drive event registration and attendance
• Monitors registration pacing and attendance performance, and communicates status and risks to stakeholders
• Partners with sales teams to encourage account-based recruitment and participation in event promotion
• Ensures accurate attendee data and reporting are provided to relevant teams following each event
• Builds and manages the event follow up plan and works closely with Sales team to ensure follow up SLAs are being met
• Reports on event success metrics to stakeholders
