Job summary

TensorWave Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue coordination to on-site execution, across conferences, dinners, and regional activations. You will ensure CRM accuracy, nurture leads, and support budgeting and vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes learning the AI infrastructure space, with travel to events and some after-hours work to align with show dates. A background in events or marketing is helpful, and curiosity to learn is key.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in events, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple vendors and deadlines.
• Working comfort with a CRM and basic spreadsheets/project tools.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends around show dates.

Responsibilities

• Own event logistics end-to-end for assigned programs: venue, shipping, booth setup/teardown, catering, signage.
• Track attendees and maintain CRM data; post-event lead uploads and list hygiene.
• Maintain annual event calendars, contact lists, asset inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, drayage teams for materials and giveaways; liaise with brand team on swag/design.
• Support budget tracking for events: invoices, PRs, expense reconciliation.
• Help build pre/post-event nurture flows with demand generation.
