Job summary

Duly Health andCare is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to lead community engagement and patient acquisition across an assigned region. You will coordinate events, engage attendees, and convert interactions into scheduled appointments while nurturing leads in the CRM.

The role is highly field-based with travel, evenings and weekends required. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in field sales or event marketing are expected, with base pay listed and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or health care admin.
• 2–4 years of field sales, community outreach, or event marketing experience.
• Ability to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Willingness to travel region and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned community events, manage logistics and materials.
• Engage attendees to maximize visibility and lead generation.
• Capture leads in HubSpot and schedule on-site or follow-up appointments.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and healthcare partners.
• Maintain CRM records and report event performance.
