Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive community engagement and patient acquisition across the assigned region. The role leads event execution, coordinates providers and staff, and converts event interactions into scheduled appointments.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of field sales and hospital outreach experience, with strong CRM skills and the ability to travel for community events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, business, public relations, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in field sales, community outreach, business development, event marketing, healthcare outreach, or similar roles with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute assigned community events, including logistics, staffing, materials, and setup.
• Engage attendees to maximize lead generation and patient engagement.
• Identify opportunities for healthcare services, capture leads in HubSpot, and schedule appointments onsite.
• Nurture leads through CRM workflows with timely follow‑ups to convert to appointments.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships with local organizations and partners.
