Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Chicago seeks a Field Marketing Specialist to drive community engagement and patient acquisition across the region. You will organize events, coordinate providers and staff, and convert face-to-face interactions into qualified leads and appointments.

This role involves travel within the territory, with evenings and weekends common. A 2–4 year background in field sales or outreach is preferred, with a base pay range of $62,920–$94,380 and opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years in field sales, community outreach or related role with measurable lead outcomes.
• Ability to travel within the territory and build relationships in communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned community events, logistics, staffing and setup.
• Serve as primary Duly contact for event organizers and staff.
• Engage attendees to maximize visibility, leads, and patient engagement.
• Capture qualified leads in HubSpot and schedule appointments onsite when possible.
• Nurture leads through CRM workflows and report on performance.
