Job summary

Duly Health andCare is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive community engagement and patient acquisition across an assigned region. You’ll be the face of Duly at events, coordinating logistics, staff, and materials while generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments.

Role is highly field-based with regular travel, mainly evenings and weekends. Requires 2–4 years in relevant roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong CRM/lead management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in field sales, community outreach, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned community events with logistics, staffing, and materials.
• Attend events as the primary Duly contact and maximize visibility and engagement.
• Capture qualified leads in HubSpot and schedule appointments onsite where possible.
• Nurture leads through CRM workflows to move prospects to completed encounters.
• Track event performance and provide monthly ROI and insights.
