Job summary

The Restaurant Store in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to effectively communicate the advantages of shopping with TRS in the local market while portraying a positive representation of the local branch. You will execute field marketing and indirect sales strategies aligning with sales and leadership goals.

The role focuses on communicating with food service operators, navigating store software, planning travel routes, and driving local sales growth through prospect

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with TRS customer base including food service operators and owners
• Ability to navigate company software and technology to support customer needs and position requirements
• Ability to plan efficient travel routes to meet with local business customers on a recurring basis
• Increase local branch sales by converting new prospects into active customers and re-engaging inactive and lapsed customers into regular purchasers with TRS
• Communicate pertinent information to the sales team at the local branch through established communication methods
• Communicate customer buying trends and competitor information to the local store by providing relevant competitor invoices
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available products

Job Summary

The Field Marketing Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for communicating the advantages of shopping with TRS in a clean and concise manner across the local market area, while consistently portraying a positive representation of their local branch. The Field Marketing Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective field marketing and indirect sales strategies that align with the goals of our sales and leadership teams.
