Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to communicate the advantages of shopping with TRS in the local market area and to portray a positive image of the local branch.

You will support sales and leadership teams through field marketing and indirect sales strategies, plan travel to meet local business customers, and help grow local branch sales by engaging new and returning customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with TRS customer base, including food service operators.
• Ability to navigate company software and technology to support customer needs.
• Ability to plan efficient travel routes to meet local business customers regularly.
• Ability to increase local branch sales by converting prospects and re-engaging inactive customers.
• Ability to convey pertinent information to the local sales team through established methods.
• Ability to share customer buying trends and competitor information with the local store.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available products.

The Field Marketing Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective field marketing and indirect sales strategies that align with the goals of our sales and leadership teams.
