Travel + Leisure Co. in Austin, TX seeks a Brand Ambassador to engage with the public at malls, theme parks, and events, inviting guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations and share information about the vacation club experience.

You will greet prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule sales tours while supporting company goals. The role emphasizes face-to-face conversations and incentives within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
