Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Field Marketer for the FL South territory, based in Hialeah. This full-time role requires building relationships, driving new business, and managing a geographic territory through in-person visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, field marketing, healthcare marketing, physician/dental relations, community outreach, account management or a related field.
• Demonstrated success building professional relationships and developing new business or referral opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making in-person visits and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and prioritize opportunities.
• Comfortable using CRM, reporting and productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout an assigned territory.
