Job summary

AD Solutions is hiring a Market Development Representative in a full-time, on-site role in Orlando. You will generate new opportunities through high-volume calls, email, and in-person outreach, while building familiarity with local businesses and identifying decision-makers to set qualified meetings for senior sales reps.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience, are organized and persistent, and comfortable using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in sales, customer-facing and fast-paced work or comparable hands-on experience.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day.
• Organized, consistent, and process-oriented.
• Persistent and comfortable working through rejection.
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your day in the field.
• Confident using basic sales and communication tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities through high-volume calls, email, and in-person outreach.
• Build familiarity within your territory and stay visible with local businesses.
• Identify decision-makers and understand how their current systems are performing.
• Set qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
