Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Field Manager to oversee landscape installation projects. You will coordinate crews, equipment, and materials, drive safety compliance, and ensure on-time delivery and quality across multiple sites.

This hands-on leadership role requires frontline decision making, cost awareness, and strong people management. You will lead teams, mentor members, and coordinate with customers and vendors while maintaining safety standards and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute landscape construction projects safely and on schedule.
• Lead, hire, train, and develop team members through mentoring and training sessions.
• Monitor labor, budgets, hours, and job costs to keep projects on track.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure resources are staged for success.
• Oversee site quality control and ensure work meets standards and customer expectations.
• Build relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value on projects.
• Promote safety policies, maintain safety documentation, and lead safety meetings.
• Ensure vehicles and tools are maintained and in good condition.
