Qualifications

• Must be a subject matter expert in flooring products and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight of various commercial projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors throughout the job.
• Perform site inspections to confirm job conditions meet manufacturers specifications.
• Organize and direct manpower requirements of subcontractors based on job requirements.
