HazTek Safety Management is seeking an experienced Field Manager to provide day-to-day, owner-side field oversight for a large-scale construction project in Houston, Texas. This long-term role is expected to continue through 2029 and requires a strong onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Significant onsite construction experience in a Field Engineer/Field Manager or similar role.
• Experience coordinating with owner, general contractor, subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong written communication, reporting, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe daily construction activities for conformance with contract documents and project requirements.
• Assess progress and validate reported completion.
• Identify field constraints and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities among owner, general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Prepare accurate field reports, meeting notes, and progress updates.
• Assist with turnover to operations and closeout documentation.
