Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is hiring a Construction Manager in Houston, TX to oversee field execution, including scheduling, cost management, design coordination, permitting, and safety operations on commercial projects.

You will champion safety compliance, implement industry-leading practices, and foster a collaborative culture ensuring every worker goes home safe each day. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct construction safety experience as Owner’s Representative.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 certification.
• CHST or CSP certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of current construction safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Drive project closeout and turnover.
