What they do

What you will be doing

• You will be onsite the majority of the time
• Running jobs; ensuring that projects are all running smoothly and delivered on time, materials are ordered and delivered
• Managing crews; ensure projects are sufficiently staffed, crews follow installation processes and safety protocols, recruit sub-contractors

• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Experience within a managerial role at a commercial roofing contractor
• Ability to travel to multiple sites daily across Central Tennessee (Morrison and Murfreesboro areas)
• Collaborative attitude, driven to deliver quality and a team player
