Job summary

Chapel Valley Landscape Company in Alpharetta, Georgia is seeking a Landscape Management Field Manager to lead a team and ensure high-quality services that meet contract specifications.

The manager will build a motivated team to support Branch goals, maintain a positive image, and oversee contract and facility management while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Excellent knowledge of landscape management and equipment operations is essential, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Job description

The Landscape Management Field Manager has the primary responsibility of building a strong relationship with existing customers and branch teams. Execute high quality services in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters.

This individual will directly manage Landscape Management Supervisors in accordance to Chapel Valley’s policies, industry guidelines, applicable laws and safety guidelines in a professional manner.

Objectives and Responsibilities

Build a highly motivated team of quality-oriented individuals who are able to meet personal goals and work in an efficient, safe, and productive manner.

Support specific Branch goals which will enable the Company to reach established goals.

Successfully lead and train supervisors to satisfy client needs in a profitable way.

Maintain a positive company image with employees, clients, and the general public.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to team building, contract management, facility and equipment management, expense control and safety.

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent knowledge of all aspects of the industry.

Knowledge on the operation and safety of all landscape management equipment.

Other Requirements

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Clean Driving Record

Computer knowledge including ability to use Aspire

Able to write in communicate verbally and in writing in English

DOT medical card

Pesticide License – preferred (should work towards getting license with in first 6 months of promotion and/or hire.
