Job summary

Wayne Homes is seeking a Field Manager to ensure quality homes are delivered on schedule and within budget. You will oversee the entire construction and maintain key relationships with homeowners and trades, playing a pivotal role in the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of custom new homes in their entirety.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and trade partners.
• Hold vendors accountable for their responsibilities.
• Manage multiple homesites at one time.
• Learn and enforce scopes of work.
• Complete OSHA 10, first aid and CPR training.
