Specific responsibilities include:

• Provides overall management and administration for construction projects
• Meets construction schedule, financial goals, and quality/safety standards
• Contracts subcontractors and monitors performance to insure schedules and quality objectives are met
• Plans, organizes, and supervises projects/ communicates objectives
• Ensure that all project invoicing and subcontractor/vendor purchase ordersare timely approved

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience as supervisor in the construction field
• Good understanding of federal, state and local equal employment, labor, OSHA and environmental laws and regulations
• Ability to delegate to and hold subordinates accountable for assigned tasks
• Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with little or no supervision
• Residentialconstruction experience highly desirable
