Job summary

EcoShieldPest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager in Maryland to oversee Service Technicians who deliver pest control services to recurring customers. You will build and train a high-performing field team focused on service quality, safety, and customer experience.

You will manage performance, conduct coaching, and route audits, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Base pay ranges from $50,000–$55,000 with full benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience; prior management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and at least 3 consecutive years of driving history; operating a company vehicle is essential.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience; identify sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians; facilitate regular meetings, training, and coaching.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians; conduct daily field audits and provide feedback to the Service Manager.
• Monitor schedules and service routes; run performance reports and conduct truck inspections to ensure equipment, safety, and cleanliness.

Position Summary

The Field Manager oversees Service Technicians responsible for executing daily routes and delivering pest control services to recurring customers. This role is accountable for building and training a high-performing field team focused on service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience, while ensuring compliance, safety, and performance standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.
• Manageand evaluate the performance of Service Technicians,facilitatingregular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards aremaintained.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of pest control experience andpreviousmanagement experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $50,000 and $55,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
