The Shield Co Management, LLC (EcoShield Pest Solutions) is seeking a Field Manager in Broward County, FL to oversee Service Technicians delivering recurring pest control services. You will build a high-performing field team focused on service quality, safety, and customer experience while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications include 1+ year pest control and prior management experience; must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and driving history.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain state pest control licensing if applicable.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Position Summary

• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
