EcoShield is seeking a Field Manager to oversee Service Technicians responsible for executing daily routes and delivering pest control services to recurring customers. You will build and train a high-performing field team focused on service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience, while ensuring compliance, safety, and performance standards.

Competenze

• 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.

Position Summary

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $50,000 and $55,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
