Job summary

Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician for Pleasanton, CA. The role involves preventive maintenance and repairs on tolling equipment, including Linux/Windows PCs, cameras, RFID readers, and vehicle sensors.

You will monitor performance both on-site and remotely, perform routine maintenance, and support client projects. The position requires readiness to work outdoors in all weather, pass background checks, and possibly OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics is asset, not required.
• Military electronics training or equivalent.
• Combination of training and job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance/Installation, Configuration Support and Troubleshooting for Linux and Windows based PCs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot video cameras, lighting and controllers for image collection systems.
• Support RFID readers, vehicle sensors and network equipment onsite and remotely.
• Monitor system performance on-site and remotely, and optimize within specifications.
• Provide responsive field/remote service, participate in on-call rotations, perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist Operations Project Manager to meet client needs.
