Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance at assigned stores across Escambia, Mobile, and Baldwin counties.

Duties include carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC and equipment maintenance with efficient route planning and coordination of remodels and openings. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a General Craftsman or similar role.
• Must reside in Escambia County, Mobile County, or Baldwin County.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform store repairs, installation, replacement, and maintenance tasks.
• Undertake carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, drywall, tiling, lighting, and fixture work.
• Plan routes, coordinate remodels/openings, and maintain asset tagging and paperwork.
