Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and maintenance at assigned stores, ensuring equipment is operational and up to standards.

The role involves scheduled store visits, route planning, and coordinating remodels or openings as required. Responsibilities include maintaining asset tagging, handling invoicing and payroll documents, and escalating issues to the Lead Technician when standards aren’t met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a General Craftsman.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform store repairs, installation, replacement, and maintenance tasks across assigned stores.
• Visit stores on schedule to keep equipment clean and in good operating condition and plan routes.
• Prepare and coordinate store remodels, openings, and project work as directed by Lead Technician.
• Maintain asset tagging integrity and transfer assets as needed.
• Maintain and report paperwork and communications in a timely manner.
• Notify Lead Technician if standards are not met by service providers.
