Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Technician 20 to perform repairs and maintenance at assigned stores within the Facilities department. Location varies and travel across stores is expected.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, remodel prep, asset tagging, and coordinating with the Lead Technician. A High School diploma or GED and 3+ years as a General Craftsman are required; a valid driver’s license is also needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a General Craftsman.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Perform store repairs, installation, replacement, and maintenance tasks.
• Visit assigned stores to keep equipment in good operating condition and plan routes.
• Prepare store for remodels and openings; support opening celebrations.
• Maintain asset tagging and report paperwork promptly.
• Notify Lead Technician of standards gaps; perform other duties as needed.
