Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our fast-growing network of car wash sites. You will keep equipment running safely and efficiently, grow your skills, and contribute to a customer-focused experience across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and the flexibility to travel with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience across 3-phase high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, and AC/DC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with quick response times.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase power.
• Travel across your market in a company provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise.
• Take pride in maintaining safe, efficient, and fully operational locations reflecting our commitment to excellence.
