Sivers Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance and field support across eight commercial properties within about 20 miles of Portland. You will work with the Property Manager and leadership, performing inspections, repairs, and documentation while communicating clearly via email, text, and phone.

The role is full-time and hourly, with a schedule that may vary by project, emergencies, and business needs; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and

• Experience with routine maintenance and property inspections.
• Comfort with field work across multiple properties.
• Proficiency in using basic tools and documentation.
• Excellent communication via email, text, and phone.
