Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to cover 12-15 stores around Mankato, MN. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, with travel and overnight stays as required.

Your day starts from home, you’re paid to travel to the first store, and you return home at day’s end. Company vehicle, tools, and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with installing and repairing electrical systems, plumbing, and refrigeration equipment.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type 1 and 2 or Universal Certification required or ability to obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems and decide whether to repair or replace components.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and fuel systems in stores.
• Test equipment performance with instruments and replace defective parts as needed.
• Install electrical equipment and repair wiring, fixtures, and bulbs.
• Complete service documentation after each call and submit reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
