Job summary

Casey's is hiring a Field Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical and fuel systems across 12-15 stores in Mankato, MN and nearby areas. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and driving to assigned locations in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with installing and repairing electrical systems, plumbing, and refrigeration equipment.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Certification required or to be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems and determine repairs or replacements.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and fuel systems.
• Test equipment performance and repair defective components.
• Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and bulbs.
• Document service details and submit reports after each call.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
