Field Maintenance Tech – Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension – Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours – Location: Mansfield Louisiana

This opportunity supports field-based maintenance activity within a major U.S. natural gas and oil producer with a strong operational footprint in unconventional energy development. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, gas process piping and flow, and lower horsepower industrial engines, while helping maintain safe and efficient day-to-day operations. This position offers the chance to work in a hands-on environment where maintenance quality, environmental standards, and operational reliability are central to success.

Required Experience

• Experience carrying out maintenance activities involving manual labour in an operational field environment.
• Basic mechanical experience with lower horsepower industrial engines, including equipment such as Arrow, PSI, and Zenith.
• Experience working with planned and prioritised maintenance schedules in coordination with wider operational teams.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in equipment maintenance.
• Basic understanding of gas process piping and flow.
• Ability to follow established processes, standards, and specification criteria during daily work activities.
• Ability to support contractor performance standards and work in line with environmental, safety, and operational expectations.
• Basic Microsoft Office and word processing skills.
• Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call schedule as determined by the supervisor.

Required Certifications

• Valid Driver's Licence (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related job experience preferred.
