Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Entrance-Level Maintenance Technician I for a one-year W2 contract in Mansfield, LA. The role focuses on pipeline maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance, with duties including inspections, data tracking, and coordination with planners.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Travel long distances on a UTV in the elements.
• Read and interpret computer-based maps.
• Communicate with the public in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on gas pipelines and related appurtenances.
• Develop spreadsheets/databases to track O&M costs and DOT compliance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OCC, ODEQ, EPA, FERC and other agencies.
• Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with O&M procedures.
• Conduct patrols to verify ROW integrity, leaks, and encroachments.
• Communicate effectively with planners and team members.
