Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking an Operations/Maintenance Supervisor based at the KinderHawk facilities in Shreveport, LA.

The role focuses on maintaining safe, efficient operation of gas treating, dehydration, and rotating equipment systems, with emphasis on preventative maintenance and reliability. The successful candidate will lead a maintenance team, develop reliability plans, manage the preventive maintenance schedule, and coordinate with engineering and operations to optimize performance

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Strong communication, computer and analytical skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subordinates and improve maintenance programs and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership to the maintenance group.
• Prepare reliability plans for critical equipment.
• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are performed as scheduled.
• Address unscheduled work orders promptly.
• Support operations to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Represent maintenance in meetings, pre-planning, design reviews, and PSSR.
• Prepare operating budget and monitor performance, report to Operations Manager.
