Job summary

Warren CAT in Enid, OK seeks a Machine Technician II to provide high quality repair service on heavy equipment, ensuring timely, safe work and value for our customers. You will remove/install parts, diagnose problems and test repairs, with minimal supervision.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, 3–5 years related experience, knowledge of hand tools, diagnostic software, cranes and rigging, and willingness to work varied schedules, overtime, and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• In-depth knowledge of hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and diagnostic software.
• Ability to mentor team members and operate field equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and complete re-do metrics.
• Work safely and follow WCAT safety policies and procedures.
• Complete related paperwork and access databases (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW).
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, test and adjust assemblies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, provide repair recommendations, perform critical repairs.
• Test and verify correct operation of repairs and adjustments.
• Apply general failure analysis to determine proper diagnosis.
• Adhere to company policies and complete required training.
