Job summary

Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) is hiring a Field Logistics and Fleet Coordinator to support construction and environmental field operations across Nevada and Idaho.

Based in Elko, NV, the role coordinates fleet assets, procures safety supplies, and ensures field crews have resources for safe, efficient work. This is a part-time, limited-term position (<20 hours/week) for 1 year, with possible extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive pickup trucks and tow small trailers.
• Experience managing equipment inventories and procurement activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Fleet and Vehicle Management: Coordinate retrieval, maintenance, and deployment of project vehicles; track records, registrations, and fuel usage.
• Equipment and Logistics Coordination: Procure, track, store, and distribute field equipment; manage inventories across Nevada and Idaho.
• Safety Equipment Procurement and Inventory Management: Procure PPE and safety supplies; maintain levels and compliance.
• Project Support: Coordinate shipping/receiving, onboarding, and logistics records; assist deadlines and vendor relations.
