Job summary

Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) in Elko, NV is seeking a Field Logistics and Fleet Coordinator (Field Based) to support construction and environmental field operations across Nevada and Idaho. You will coordinate company vehicles and equipment, manage safety supplies, and ensure crews have the resources to work safely and efficiently.

This part-time (<20 hours per week), limited-term role (1 year, extendable) involves travel between project sites and coordinating fleet mobilization and inventories with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retrieval and deployment of project vehicles and fleet assets.
• Schedule maintenance, inspections, and service for project trucks.
• Maintain vehicle records, registrations, and fleet inventories.
• Procure, track, and distribute field equipment and PPE.
• Support field crews with logistics and equipment mobility.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and asset accountability.
