Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include fulfilling inventory orders, managing inventory levels, facilitating interdepartmental communication, and participating in process improvement initiatives to better serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill requests for loaner sets and prioritize shipments.
• Manage inventory receipt and data entry into the ERP system.
• Coordinate with departments regarding inventory needs and updates.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Manage inventory in NetSuite ERP system.
• Package and ship products to replenish inventory.
• Handle expired inventory and reconcile orders.
• Coordinate logistics for moving inventory.
• Respond to ad hoc inventory requests.
• Assemble surgical trays for deployment.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting logistics roles.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office suite.
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Strong mathematical skills and legible handwriting.

Physical Requirements

• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices or inventory fulfillment.
• ERP software experience, preferably Oracle.
