Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Field Life Agent to drive growth by building relationships and developing leads for Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. You will combine consultative sales, product knowledge, and customer service to uncover needs and close sales.

You will collaborate with branch partners to maximize referrals and long-term member satisfaction while meeting production goals and maintaining compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

• Active Life license in required states.
• Ability to obtain/maintain state licenses and appointments.
• Minimum 2 years of proven life insurance sales experience.
• Experience selling intangible products and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products.
• Develop leads through marketing activities and referrals.
• Close sales and meet production goals with branch collaboration.
• Complete applications and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain production standards and document activities.
