Job summary

Rwdy, Inc. seeks a Lease Operator to monitor oil and gas lease sites, perform surveillance of wells and equipment, and record production data and run times. You will conduct production tests, perform minor repairs, respond to alarms, and coordinate with automation personnel.

Additionally, you will assist with subsurface maintenance on BOPE and non-BOPE tasks, communicate needs to planners, verify run tickets, and help with material delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have safety-minded approach and ability to work in field environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate with engineers and operators.
• Mechanical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred but not required for all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lease sites and perform surveillance of wells and equipment.
• Record production volumes, well pressures, chemical usage, and other operating data; enter run time and fuel usage.
• Conduct production tests and minor repairs; respond to well alarms and coordinate with automation personnel.
• Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance; stop work when unsafe conditions exist.
• Coordinate with planners and engineers; verify run tickets and support material delivery and receipt.
