Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation is seeking an entry-level Lease Operator in training to monitor wells and sites across the Appalachian Basin. You will work under supervision to ensure equipment is maintained and operations run safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include routine site checks, data collection, and reporting, with on-call shifts and potential night/weekend rotation. Strong safety awareness and a valid driver license are required.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
Possess a valid driver license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
Able to wear PPE and operate safely in field environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and report operation of wells and sites on an assigned route.
Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule.
Monitor production equipment and perform light maintenance to keep it safe.
Gather daily, monthly, and quarterly data and submit reports on time.
Troubleshoot production issues with foreman and relevant personnel.
Communicate plans and issues with production foreman; participate in safety meetings.
Work to optimize production in a safe, cost-effective manner.
Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
