Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation is seeking a Lease Operator in training to monitor wells and sites across our Appalachian Basin operations. The role involves routine site checks, equipment monitoring, and data reporting with supervision from a Lease Operator Lead.

The position requires a strong safety mindset, effective communication, and the ability to work in a team environment, with on-call responsibilities including some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergencies.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, earplugs, steel-toed shoes).

Responsibilities

• Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule.
• Monitor production equipment and perform light maintenance as needed.
• Inspect lease sites for cleanliness and debris; manage daily fluid production.
• Gather and report daily, monthly, and quarterly data accurately.
• Identify production issues and coordinate with foreman to troubleshoot.
• Communicate plans and issues to production foreman; participate in safety meetings.
• Assist in optimizing production safely and cost-effectively.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
