Job summary

TXO Partners seeks a field operations assistant to support daily oilfield activities. You will perform regular well-site visits, monitor production, and record gauge data.

The role requires handling gauges, recording measurements, and ensuring the integrity of field instruments in outdoor conditions. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and environmental records, inspecting gas measurement devices, and assisting with data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to climb stairs and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Visit wells regularly (at least 3 times per week; some sites daily).
• Optimize and increase production where possible.
• Gauge oil and water tanks weekly; record on daily reports and PRODVIEW.
• Inspect and test gas flow measurement equipment; ensure accurate meter-card data.
