Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations and/or lean leadership experience.
• Ability to teach and coach team members at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Operational Excellence Strategy.
• Administer training for diverse groups within the organization.
• Develop plans to engage every team member in the CI Process.
