Kaloutas, Inc. is seeking a Field Leader to oversee multiple commercial projects across the Greater Boston area. You’ll develop foremen who run crews, keep projects on schedule and on budget, and represent Kaloutas to GC partners and superintendents.

This hands-on role rewards coaching over command, with responsibilities in safety, quality, and client relations. Requirements include 5+ years in commercial painting, lift certifications, and a leadership-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial painting, including at least 2 years as a foreman.
• Lift/aerial certification (scissor lift and boom lift).
• Experience working with general contractors and site superintendents.
• Coaching-first leadership style.
• Knowledge of project budgets, manpower planning, and production tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with project tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop foremen, coaching leadership, communication, plan reading, and technical skills.
• Plan job setups, equipment, materials, lifts, and manpower before work starts.
• Coordinate daily schedules across crews and subcontractors and track scope changes.
• Manage budgets, hours, materials, and production targets; report cost-to-complete.
• Build and maintain on-site client relationships with GCs and superintendents.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct weekly quality checks.
